FAQ

1. How to make order?

  1. First shop for the products that you wish to purchase.
  2. Select the Fake Eyelashes that you wish to purchase, brand and code is given then you submit your order through Order page. Remember to double check your order.
  3. A confirmation letter will be sent out through via e-mail within 2 days together with a SMS letter for confirming your order.
  4. Make your payment within 3 days through ATM deposit or online banking. If you are from Kuching, then kindly let me know when you will come to collect.
  5. AnnHui will send out your item, the day after your payment has been made.(Only for working days)
  6. After your item has sent out, a track number will be given to you through via e-mail.
  7. Waiting for postman deliverance.
  8. Leave a comment for AnnHui.

2. How to make my payment?

➜ Make your payment through ATM deposit or online banking.
If you are from Kuching, you can come to Tabuan Jaya, Kok Hua to collect your items.

3. How to use the fake eyelash?



First time use, Blessed i.Lashes strongly recommended using fake eyelash helper

4. Are your items all ready stock?

➜ Yes. Blessed i.Lashes dislike making pre-order as we worry to be bother.

5. I pay you straight away after I send you my order?

➜ No. Please make your payment after a confirmation notification letter is send to you through either e-mail or sms you in within 2 days time.

6. Does the product similar with the actual product after we purchase?

➜ I am unable to 100% guarantee the items shown in picture is exactly resemblance with the actual item, as maximum satisfaction have to depend on individually. But those entire pictures are taken according to actual items.

7. What if the machine does not accept RM1 or RM5 but my total is RM18, then how I need to pay you the actual amount?

➜ Please pay me more,  AnnHui will not continue your order until you had made full payment.
I will put the balance into your parcel or if you have MayBank account, I will transfer your balance to you.

8. Why you reply my e-mail so slow?

➜ I am a student now.  I do have a tons of homework and assignment to do and to read.  Hope you can be tolerant.

9. Can I get some discount?

➜ Discount will automatically give when you’re purchasing amount reach to certain amount.

10. Got free postage?

➜ Only for some items which will stated there. If there are no state include postage, then there are no include postage

11. What if the item that you intended to purchase is out of stock?

➜ Blessed i.Lashes will return you back the money or you can leave your balance with Blessed i.Lashes until you make your next purchase.

12. I’ve made my order and payment but I want to cancel my order and refund me back the money, is that ok?

➜ No way for you to make it. Blessed i.Lashes here is only for serious buyer , please shop at your own risk.

13. How come you seldom log in to your MSN?

➜ If there is any inquiries please e-mail me or you wish to chat through MSN, please let me know the time of you online, then I’ll try my best to online at that time.
