1 – DON’T SLEEP WITH WATCH
Watches can emit a certain level of radioactivity. Though small, but if you wear your watch to bed for a long time, it might have adverse effects on your health.
2 – DON’T SLEEP WITH BRA
Scientists in America have discovered those that wear bras for more than 12 hours have a higher risk of getting breast cancer. So go to bed without it.
3 – DON’T SLEEP WITH PHONE
Putting the phone beside your bed or anywhere near you is not encouraged. Though some of us will use phones as alarm clocks, but please put the phone as far as possible. Scientists have proved that electrical items including mobile phone and television sets emit magnetic waves when used. These waves can cause disruptions to our nervous system. Therefore if you need to put your mo! bile phone near you, switch it off first.
4 – DON’T SLEEP WITH MAKE UP
People who sleep with make up might have skin problems in the long run. Sleeping with make up will cause the skin to have difficulty in breathing and problem in perspiring. You will also need a much longer time to go into deep sleep.

5 – DON’T SLEEP WITH OTHERS’ WIFE / HUSBAND

2009 my first time serve in sunday service meeting
First time! MY first time! Thank God for giving me this chance to serve Him at stage!
I never go for serve the LORD in Sunday service, and today is the chance..
U know?!
Actually i prayed for serving the Lord in stage for almost two years.
And every once I pray I really hope that I have the chance, thought i waited for more than two years time.
This two years time really teached me a lot about God’s words, although in my spiritual life I was always upside down but God really help me in every problem and in every condition. Most of the time I am the one who left God or to say let God be apart from my life, yet i didn’t know He is the one who I really need.
Hmm,
Sometimes, I was really blur and really don’t understand what is God’s plan,
Coz will face into many condition which I do not prayed for, asked for and please for but in the end why turn out something that really hurt me or bad condition?
This morning, I was reminded of pregnancy.
It seems like true believer i mean women la ha,
have the problem of pregnant de?
And this morning when i was at stage, I was like..
hmm, hopefully i won’t get pregnant in the future coz will face many many kind of baby’s problem,
Die la, handicap la, bla bla bla, but i know la i know la..
i will get marry in the future and of course la, will bear a child la, abaden i pray for my baby will in the good condition and will not face this ojipala problem… Is so scary for me!
Hahahahaha…
Anyway, is still God plan.. Hmm.. I don’t dare to complain.

Opening DUN celebrity
The opening DUN has really disturbing ‘US’! Whole of the Kuching.
Well, i dunno is this the something that i can be proud of? or feel irritating?
For wanting and giving all those RAJA RAJA and SULTAN SULTAN a good impression, as they are undergoing rehearsal for almost 3 days. Close road? Shouting at drivers ‘BERI LALUAN BERI LALUAN’ something like that?
All of us are all screaming and shouting, wakao! everyone is busy to do their business and they come and asking for beri lalun beri laluan..
Of course i was sitting somewhere and hear them shout beri laluan beri laluan..? =.=lll
hmm, i really hope those AGONG AGONG really enjoy they trip to Sarawak and all the services police and traffic provide for them.

injured my waist
生平第一次腰受伤.
我不知道你们对你们的腰有怎样的感想, 对于我呢?
受伤了后才发觉腰很重要! 很奇怪乊我?! 腰本来就很重要只是说我不知道也从来没有去察觉..
真是的我 @.@
经过这次的受伤之后，我还真的要好好照顾我的健康。
最近都很少说到关于我自己本身的事情，也同时觉得头脑一片空白。。
硬着头皮写下关于这次的受伤真的是。。 不知道怎么讲！
就因为打badminton才不小心跌倒弄伤我的腰，
原本还以为很高兴可以很难得和朋友打badminton，
哇！！ 高兴炮勒我，结果叻！
哀叹，真是的！也不知道自己为什么会那么的不小心。。
跌了！爽了！痛了！哭了！喊了！伤了！
结果叻。。
好了！
哈哈。。。
其实这样跌一下真的满痛的，
各一天妈妈就帮我找了按摩的人帮我按摩！
按的时候痛到只差眼泪没掉而已！
那个人跟我说我曾经这里伤那里伤，
哇塞？！
还真准的，
我还痛到那边唱歌
没有办法放我那个时候的影片出来。。

As i live until now, this is my first time experience how pain my waist is,
i moved my spinal cord for fail down at badminton court there.
Is some kind of shy, the time i fail down, i simply can’t breathe and couldn’t stand up even!
i was totally in a mess, i was stuck by my pain and desperately wanting to stand up to continue play badminton.
Is so so pain, i may not know how to describe perfectly you can just imagine how pain is it!
i was like OUCH!
I can’t even turn my body to left either right.. i was trying to turn when i on my bed,
is was like my waist is followed by the direction and is feels like some how my body and the waist is separated.
When my body turned my waist is like falling down whatever direction i turned.
Its really pain.
My mum help me to look for a masseur to help me to massage my back bone.
WahSai! Is really SO hurt..
i was hurt, just left i haven cry out..
I was injured but in the end i learn a lesson.
Hehe!
And now my waist is alright le..
